Your tour price covers your certified private guide, skip-the-line tickets where listed, audio headsets if needed, and private transport between venues when specified. Meals, personal travel insurance and optional upgrades are not included unless stated.
Our private tours are designed for groups of 1 to 15 people. For larger groups we can arrange custom solutions — just contact us. The key is that everyone in the tour will be from your party only.

Most of our tours continue rain or shine — the majority of highlights are indoor. If severe weather forces a full cancellation, you receive a complete refund or free rescheduling at no cost.
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred date and guide. Popular dates often fill up 2–3 weeks ahead. The earlier the better!
Yes. Every LocalCoolTour guide holds an official local guiding licence, has passed a background check, and is fluent in at least two languages. Many have degrees in art history, architecture or archaeology.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. You can reschedule at no extra charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
Yes — all our tours are family-friendly by default. The guide will adapt the pace, language and focus to make the experience engaging for children of all ages.
