Terms and conditions of the relationship of PARAIS EXPERIENCES SL and the hosts

LCT is an online platform for hosts looking to interact with travelers from all over the world to offer them experiences, tours and activities. A place where travelers meet with local hosts to live original experiences

LCT offers local hosts and guides the possibility of offering tours and activities to guests through the platform, as well as through partnerships with other companies.

LCT promotes the profile and offer (s) of the hosts, collaborating with them to succeed with their activities and experiences offered to travelers

LCT provides its services to the hosts and therefore treats the host as your legal client issuing an invoice to it. In this invoice the company data, any applicable tax and the details of the service (s) provided by the host to the traveler are indicated. As a host, you are responsible for providing the traveler with any necessary documentation and / or invoice in compliance with the applicable tax law (s).

It is the sole responsibility of the host to determine what tax (s) are (are) applicable and necessary to comply with local law and act accordingly. These taxes may include, but are not limited to, taxes such as VAT, surcharges, sales taxes, personal or corporate income taxes or any other taxes imposed on reservations made through the website and the channels of LCT sale. The hosts guarantee that they will pay such taxes on time and in compliance with the applicable tax law.

LCT will facilitate the payment of the traveler to the host. The form of the same will depend on the payment method of the traveler for the experience offered.

Total payment in advance

The traveler pays for the whole experience in advance through our sales channels. In that case, LCT will transfer the money to the host deducting a commission for the mediation service within the first 15 days of the successful completion of the experience.

Partial payment in advance

The traveler pays a part of the experience in advance through our sales channels. The rest will be paid by the traveler to the host once the experience has ended satisfactorily. The difference between the LCT commission for the mediation service and the partial payment in advance paid by the client through our sales channels will be transferred to the host within the first 15 days of the successful experience

In the cases that the dynamics and logistics of the preparation of the experience require LCT will collaborate with the host in the purchase of tickets to some monuments that make up part of the tour. The purchase of these tickets will be made in the name of the host, and the invoices corresponding to said purchases will be attached as supplied to the invoices issued by LCT to the hosts for the mediation service.

Cancellations by travelers

Cancellation in advance greater than 24 hours

In case the cancellation of the reservation is made more than 24 hours before the experience begins, the host will not receive any payment for services. You will only be reimbursed for expenses that you have already incurred such as the purchase of tickets, tickets, car rentals, etc. that require a purchase or reservation more than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation in advance less than 24 hours of a reservation with partial payment in advance.

In the event that the cancellation of the reservation is made less than 24 hours before the experience begins or is not presented to the meeting point, and is about a reservation with partial payment in advance, the host will receive equivalent to one hour his services , in addition to the return of expenses that have already incurred such as the purchase of tickets, tickets, car rentals, etc.

Cancellation in advance less than 24 hours of a reservation with full payment in advance.

In the event that the cancellation of the reservation is made less than 24 hours before the experience begins or is not presented to the meeting point, and is on a reservation with full partial payment in advance, the host will receive a payment equivalent to the half of the hours that the experience lasts, in addition to the expenses that you have already incurred such as the purchase of tickets, tickets, car rentals, etc.
