In case the booking is canceled by your host you will receive a 100% refund
If you cancel your booking more than 1 days before the booking date you will receive a 100 % refund
If you cancel your booking less than 1 day before the booking date booking, LOCAL COOL TOUR will keep the reservation fee you’ve already paid. Each experience has a different reservation fee depending on, tickets in advance to buy, reservations to be made, etc.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, LOCAL COOL TOUR, acting under the premises of good faith, reserves the right to decide whether the activity is in a position to be carried out. If this is not the case, LOCAL COOL TOUR will try to coordinate the reprogramming of the date and time of the experience with you.
