Stroget Street in Copenhagen

This street runs from Radhuspladsen Square, which has the Town Hall and the Hans Christian Andersen sculpture as its main elements, to Kongens Nytorv Square, which is surrounded by historic buildings such as the Royal Theatre. There are a multitude of shops including the LEGO shop, the Royal Copenhagen porcelain shop and the Magasin du Nord shopping centre, with some really charming and somewhat more alternative shops. Some of Copenhagen's best restaurants are concentrated around this street.

Walking along Strogett, you can also get to know the beautiful squares of Nytorv, Hojbro Plats or Grabrodretorv, the latter located in an adjacent street.
