In each of the pubs, try different types of craft beers, paired with a fine selection of different Italian charcuterie, such as different hams, various types of cheese, accompanied by olives, bruschettas.
Don't forget to try the best of Roman street food, the famous "Trapizzino", in one of its classic restaurants. This delicious dish is a novel adaptation of the classic Roman white pizza. Accompanying it with a good craft beer is an excellent choice.
